Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

As day and night fall into perfect balance, join us for a sound bath journey through the four classical elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and chimes, we'll create an immersive soundscape designed to help you settle, release, and restore.

The autumn equinox is a natural threshold -- a moment of equilibrium between light and dark, growth and release. This sound bath offers a chance to pause, recalibrate, and settle into that balance within yourself.

Bring a mat, blanket, and anything that helps you get comfortable. All levels welcome, no experience with sound healing necessary.
