Tom Powers, president of the Lawrenceville Historical Society, will show and tell how the borough of Blawnox developed along the Allegheny River out of the 1867 planned community of Hoboken. The Blaw Steel Construction Company would build its factory there in 1912 and greatly change that community.
Tom wrote and designed a 52-page book to celebrate the borough's 100th anniversary in 2025. Copies will be available at his talk.
