Presented by Paul Manfredi

Timeless Principles for Real Leaders and Stronger Teams

The Godfather is considered one of the great films of American cinema—but beneath the drama are fascinating examples of communication, influence, loyalty, decision-making, strategy, relationship-building, and leadership.

In this interactive presentation, Paul will use selected scenes and dialogue from the film as jumping-off points for discussion, then connect those moments to practical leadership principles that people can apply in the workplace, volunteer organizations, community groups, and everyday life.

This is not a program about violence or organized crime. Instead, we’ll look critically at what the characters do well, what they do badly, and what their choices can teach us about leading and working with people.

Part film discussion. Part leadership workshop.

The program is designed to appeal both to fans of The Godfather who enjoy discovering the movie from a different perspective and to anyone interested in leadership, communication, teamwork, and personal development.

Paul bring more than 35 years of experience leading people and teams, and was also a former Dale Carnegie trainer. His goal is to make leadership approachable and entertaining rather than turn the evening into a classroom lecture.
