Social Wellness: Healthy Relationships for Life Satisfaction

The research is fairly clear: Healthy relationships can be life-sustaining, yet this element of wellness gets less attention. This workshop talks about the research on social relationships as they relate to well-being and social engagement.

John McCarthy, Ph.D., is an international educator, author, and lecturer in Psychology. He has written two books and presented in 14 countries on creative problem-solving/innovation, solution-focused thinking, and positive psychology.
