Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of yinzider.com and its pages, emails and shared links (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Yinzider is

Yinzider collects public information about Pittsburgh events, news and specials from venues, organizers and other sources, and links to those sources. We do not organize events, sell tickets, or process payments.

Event and price information

Dates, times, locations and prices come from third parties and can change or be wrong. Always confirm with the venue or ticket seller before you go or buy. Resale prices are estimates that include fees, are checked at a point in time, and can change or sell out at any moment.

Tickets and third-party sites

Ticket links take you to sites we do not own or control, such as venue box offices, Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. Any purchase is between you and that seller, under its own terms, prices, fees and refund policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, tickets, events or transactions.

Some ticket links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, Yinzider may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change which price we show as lowest. Yinzider is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or a partner of any ticket seller whose prices or logos appear on the Service.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not scrape, copy or redistribute the Service's content or third-party price data in bulk, or use it to build a competing listing or ticket marketplace.
• Do not interfere with the Service, try to get around its security, or overload it with automated requests.
• Do not post or share unlawful, harassing or misleading content through dibs, crews or other sharing features.

Content and trademarks

Event images, descriptions, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown to identify and link to them. Yinzider's own design, text and media belong to Yinzider.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT, INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY EVENT, TICKET AND PRICE DATA, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THESE DISCLAIMERS ALSO APPLY TO THE PROVIDERS OF THAT DATA, INCLUDING SEATGEEK, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, NEITHER YINZIDER NOR ANY PROVIDER OF DATA SHOWN ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING SEATGEEK, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, A THIRD-PARTY SITE, OR A TICKET OR EVENT. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yinzider and the providers of data shown on the Service, including SeatGeek, Inc. and its affiliates, from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

Third-party beneficiaries

SeatGeek, Inc. and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them directly against you as they relate to SeatGeek data and SeatGeek's rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
